tACky PArtY 2015
My first ever hosting of a "Tacky Top Party" was a blast. The girls & I gathered at my home to have a little fun. We wore our "tackiest" top in hopes of wearing the "Tacky Award" as well as garnering the prize.
My home was decorated with Christmas Bears along with our family Christmas tree. Pick-up foods of pigs 'n blanket, dips/chips, sausage balls & more were laid out for our night's grazing.
After most of the girls arrived, we settled into the kitchen to decorate some "Tacky Top Cookies". We each had two cookies to decorate. It was so much fun!
Another little fun activity we enjoyed was the Tape Ball game. Lots of fun!

We each brought a "tacky gift" of no more than $3. We drew a number. Beginning with number 1, that person would find its numbered gift and open it. Fun, fun, fun!!! I loved my gift that I made...it was a ziploc bag with two batteries in it tagged "Gift Not Included". HAHAHA!!! I loved Glenda's expression when she opened the gift. (2nd pic below)
With Jean's hat she received, I went & got the "purse" that I liked from another party. I made it into a basket...put it on my head. We crazy!!!
This group of girls make my world a whole lot brighter.

For my 61st birthday hubs & I traveled on a foggy morn down to Orlando for a short weekend.

Friday morning after a full breakfast at the hotel, we started our day with a short drive to SeaWorld. Hubs & I are lovers of animals and nature. SeaWorld is such a fun place.

Saturday morning we found ourselves at Animal Kingdom ready for a full day of exploring. Glenn had never been here before so I enjoyed sharing the activities with him that were my favorites. Let's get started on viewing some amazing creatures. Let's map it out.
