So...

 

our book donations were down, and EB/FOL was featured in the Dothan Eagle. She also attended a Kiwanis Meeting as Guest Speaker for FOL.

And...

 

book donations are pouring in. Media (VHS-CD-Cassette)donations are great too.

Today we received 33 boxes from an organization. Ten boxes were a "pick-up". Another "pick-up" has been scheduled for today. 

 

Wonder how many boxes we will get?

Aunt Willie, dad's sister &

was so surprised to see friends & family

at the church she attends

on Saturday, September 3rd.

 

The Ladies of Calvary Baptist Church 

planned a surprise celebration of a meal & fellowship 

to honor her on her upcoming 90th Birthday

which is Monday, September 5th.

 A delicious meal of fried chicken, baked chicken, ham

yellow rice, green beans, macaroni 'n cheese & squash casserole

was served with sweet tea & water.

 

Yummy desserts of cake & banana pudding

Aunt Willie received many thoughtful & nice gifts.
